We aim to ship orders within one business day. During new launches or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We offer free shipping on orders over $80 CAD and $60 USD.

At Tuff Collection, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you've purchased, you have 30 days from the date of your shipping confirmation email to request a return or exchange (returns and exchanges are only accepted for regular priced items (NOT Final Sale) in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached).
